Margita Kapustova, AMFT
Therapy is a journey where we find deeper self-understanding , acceptance and personal growth. I am committed to helping individuals, children and couples deal with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, anger and relational difficulties. Using compassion, I take a collaborative and empathic approach with my clients to reach their goals in finding a pathway to the authentic life they want to live.
I am trained in Anger Management and Imago Therapy. I also use CBT and other various therapeutic modalities when best suited to each client's individual needs.
