Ever wish you could just be you — messy feelings, old wounds, and all — without worrying about being judged? That's exactly the space Caitlin creates for her clients.

Caitlin is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and families ready to build deeper understanding, healing, and connection in their lives and relationships. She has a particular gift for helping people untangle attachment patterns, process trauma, and make sense of how past experiences are still showing up in their present-day relationships (because let's be honest — they usually are).

Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and grounded in a trauma-informed approach, Caitlin helps clients explore the “why” behind their patterns and build healthier, more secure ways of relating — to themselves and the people they love. Her style is collaborative and curious, never rushed: she meets clients exactly where they are and moves at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

Caitlin earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Her background spans work with children, adolescents, and adults, giving her a well-rounded lens on how relationships and resilience develop across the lifespan.

If you're looking for a therapist who will hold space for your story with warmth, skill, and zero judgment, Caitlin would love to walk alongside you.
